The United States has a bicameral legislature. Many other nations do likewise. I want you in detail to explain why the Constitution immediately established bicameralism in the legislative branch. You should consider historical, practical, and theoretical reasons for this practice. Include your opinions in a paragraph at the end on the effectiveness of a bicameral legislature and its impact on politics today.
